Work-carriers loader
An automatic system to load/unload the work-carriers in the machine is available to reduce the time that is between 2 cycles.
Customized automatic systems can be also studied.
The operator takes advantage of the cycle time to load the work-pieces into the work-carriers and inserting them into the automation, that through a way defined in advance, stores them. This operation allows to prepare a second work-carriers set, to be loaded, as soon as the previous cycle is finished. A similar operation is accomplished in the unloading side. The same operation can be also automatized.
The loading-unloading of the work-pieces into the work-carriers can be automatic/manual semiautomatic with suitable systems. Reliability and easiness are at the basis of the project.

Parts loader
The work-pieces are taken from a tank and loaded into the work-carriers slots through different operational principles, they can be sorted by a vibration system or directly manipulated by a robot or by any other gripping system, upon customer’s necessities.
After completing the loading’s operation, the work-carrier is automatically inserted into the following loader (previously described) or manually positioned onto a table beside the machine.
