Single Side Machines
The dimension of the lapping plates can vary from 360 to 2000mm, allowing in this way to satisfy the small and high productions.
All types of materials : cast iron, steel, aluminium, brass, quartz, plastic, ceramic, etc.
Machine:
Two control systems of the lapping plate: adjusting of the work-pieces ring holders or through the ring-nut at the centre of the lapping plate.
Manual pressure plates or driven by a special pneumatic system with control by PLC
New structures, for loading-unloading operations of the work-pieces, quicker and more manageable.
Lapping plates composed by special alloys, also to make polishing.
The machines are planned to satisfy the customers’ enquiries for an extremely precise and controlled flat lapping process.
